For mobile you need to use the responsive themes and apply the mobile menu. It’s a bit fiddling. You cannot adjust widths and heights for mobile as you don’t have any clue which resolution the mobile has. If you develop for a certain mobile, i.e. some tablet, you can set widths of tables and forms, but I advise you not to do that.
