Forum: Can you prevent posts with empty subjects?

Everyday I see posts that have no subject, for example:

[ATTACH=CONFIG]n69940[/ATTACH]

Can the forum moderators prevent these posts?

This are not posts, are activity from the users, like, for example, visitors messages posted by spammers

I’m deleting them all the time, but sometimes I don’t find time or there are too many to delete in one go…
