What the system are you using (android,ios,windows phone ) ?
I hope you have a pdf viewer installed in your android/ios then or that you use pdf.js in your browser (included in standard firefox).
OK! I made some test in android and windows phones, but it display nothing. Another issue is in nokia phones (windows), the items in menus dont freeze when you selected it.

Which browser? Did you test it with firefox for android?
And windows mobile phones dont support pdf if you havent installed a pdf reader. You have to install a pdf reader first if it isnt installed. I assume you mean the newest windows mobile and not the pocketpc versions.
