Gantt improvements/bugs

I started using grid gantt module, and there are several fixes required:

  1. does to work in HTML5 format. works only in HTML. HTML5 version shows a blank screen.
  2. Gantt does not a standard icon assigned such as other standard toolbar buttons.

  3. percents are not consistent with the field percent. on the grid it shows 1 decimal (23.5%), in Gantt you see 23,4534234235

  4. when a resource id field is selected as the resource field, it does not pull the lookup text (as in the grid), but showing the id.

  5. It does not show all records ( i have 134 rows ), the timeline brakes at the bottom

The Gantt chart will be improved soon, and your comments will be taken into account.

Regarding point 1 (HTML5), it works as expected, as can be seen in the example from the website when 9.12 was released:

If possible, check to see if it works in a new application. We even suggest using the HTML5 output format, as it comes from Fusioncharts, which has a more updated version and allows for various customizations.
