Has anybody ever seen this error ?
This happened whan I was generating Project for deployment -> into CIP file
any clue what can I do about it ?

I have not seen that particular error message before, but I have had some odd issues where I have cleared the tmp directory and they seemed to resolve themselves. The tmp directory is listed in the Settings menu.
Not sure if that will fix it, but it won’t hurt 
No I haven’t seen this error before. Did it ‘just’ occur or have you never been able to create a zipfile?

Yes, I removed all temp files, and now it all works fine. By the way this fixed also my MENU problems.

Nevertheless the problem in SC7 still exist, so your solution was just a temporary workaround. I added another item to the menu and again it still does not show up.
