Getting Scriptcase to look at a different database name

I have a program that I wrote in Scriptcase using a database. My employer wants the database name changed from example db1 to db2. None of the tables are changing, just the name. How can I go about getting my current Scriptcase program that I wrote to change over from db1 to db2 without having to rebuild all of the forms and grids? I tried creating a new connection but that doesn’t seem to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Hi,

I think you can go to Database --> Edit connection and just change/select the new database name in the field ‘Database Name’.

If you create the new connection, you need to assign the new connection you’ve created to all the apps. You can do so by going to the Tools --> Express edit --> All applications --> connection --> Next --> select the new connection you created --> Apply and generate the source for all the apps.
