Is there any way to generate a google map on a pdf report if the destination (Address, City, State, and Zip) are database fields that are on the pdfreport application?

Did you check out: https://developers.google.com/maps/ ??
You would need the static maps api as far as I see… But in order to control it you may need to start an external program.
(just my idea…)
