Grid Search: How to make <Enter>-Key submit inputs and start search?

Hello,

I have set up a grid, starting with a search mask.

Since the user can use the <TAB> key to step through the input fields, it’d be just a natural behaviour, if he was able to finally start his search by hitting the <Enter> key.
Unfortunately, it does not work as expected.

Does anybody know a solution to achieve this?

Thanks for the help!

You may have to override the standard behavior using JS. See this post about doing this in a form and try adding it to the search?

a tip about this problem:

if I use mozilla Firefox , I HAVE TO CLICK on icon in order to submit a quick search.

How ever with CHROME, when I press return key, it works and submit!

can you fix it ?
