Just installed and when I hit the ? to get some help in the first two screens it either comes up blank with just the header at the top, or just continually spins and never actually loads a page?
It seems something went wrong with my install. I am using Windows 7 and I tried IE and Chrome.
I would like to add that now I can’t use anything. It just spins saying Waiting for (IP Address).
Any suggestions?

I believe you will have to you need to manually update your ScriptCase.
1 - Download SC 7 ZIP
2 - Backup your SC (admnistration --> backup: http://downloads.scriptcase.com.br/downloads/v7/manual/en_us/webhelp/manual_mp/60-Configuracao/02-Administracao/06-Servicos/02-Backup.htm )
3 - Extract SC 7 ZIP and copy the files to your current SC 7 installation (replacing the “old” files).
DO NOT DELETE ANY FILE DURING THIS PROCEDURE
