My project has a dark blue background (page color). I changed a help page background to WHITE in the Theme Editor. After regenerating the entire project the help screen still shows dark
background. Since the text is black it is simply unreadable. I suspect that thse page background changes apply only to helpcase. If this is true how can I change or setup colors for PopUp Tips ?

Any workaround or fix ?

Your css is probably still in the cache, so you need to flush your browser cache.

I did what you suggested, but it did not help. I cleaned then temporary files in Win folder and rebooted and it is OK now. THANK YOU for your time.
