When I use ImageManager and upload images to use in HelpCase and then generate, the images don’t appear much of the time, just the text displays. The images appear in the HelpCase Editor, but then only the text appears when the HelpCase is generated. Often when this happens, the images are listed separately in the directory, so when I look at the directory there is the .html file and then also the .png files of the images. I have tried HelpCase using ScriptCase 8.1 on three different systems including my laptop and two different servers including on server hosted by a ScriptCase hosting service. The hosting service and i seem to think there is a bug with HelpCase. ScriptCase has spent a lot of time trying to fix this on both of the servers. When I allow them access to the servers and they run they get an image. But then when I go back and rerun the same HelpCase and try to add another, it fails. So they seem to think it works, but both me and the hosting firm have had the symptoms.
Has anyone else had this problem?
