Since earlier today you could already download it on the scriptcase.com.br (just translate the page if you can’t understand it). Your license number for V9 is in your SC panel on the SC site.
I can’t find where to download this version 9. The downloads page shows v 8.1 only and does not work.

I don’t work on Windows, but the MAC version and Linux manual installation work just fine.
