The title says it all, wondering if anyone has ventured into this realm successfully.
Basically if you want to host 2 or more SC deployments on same server, it seems quite wasteful to replicate the _lib folder for each which would happen by default. I think the only difference between their _lib folders would be the db connection file.
Has anyone had this scenario and been able to safely re-use the same _lib folders in production, perhaps with some symbolic linking magic on Linux?
the only way Afaik, is to make sure that your projects do not share the same name.Then you can deploy in the same folder.
Ok but it means each deployment will still have a separate _lib folder under that same folder?

In the folder _lib, there are also common images and CSS files, so, you have to be careful, not to have the same name.
If you upload files via a form, you have to be careful too.
