When something goes wrong and I get the image before telling me to click on the link to send the error to NetMake nothing happens. I click and get a new page with the error but does not tell me how to report the issue to NetMake. So how do we report the problems? See attached pic
I guess you post it here somewhere in the bugsforum. Problem is that the error now and then occurs while nothing is wrong. If I get an error like that I useually quit Scriptcase and restart.
Thank you for the response, I usually ignore these errors because Scriptcase never bothers to look at them nor provide a response but I wanted to know who we could send those notifications in the case of a real problem because clicking on the link does not do anything, I does not send anything to nobody, does not start an email or a transfer of the problem to ScritpCase.
As I said I never send these notifications to ScriptCase because there is no tracking of errors and nobody gets notification when a real bug gets fixed so that we know it is fixed. I submitted a bug for not being able to search with multiple search fields, (“Multi Search on Grid does not work”) this was not a bug before but it is now and the response was they might look into it and never heard back still a problem not sure is due to 7.1 release or what but to this day nothing has been done.
They do use Mantis bugtracker, but it’s all Portuguese. And yes I agree, the communication needs a lot of improvement.
