How insert Icon on Header LIN1_COL1

Dear all,

I’ve tried to insert an icon image on the header of a form using LIN1_COL1 image functionality.
The image goes over text within the form (see image)
I’ve tried also to create a custom CSS starting from Elegange green.
I’ve tried to modify several area (paddind parameter) but still not able to see the image on header.
Please anyone of you knows where to modify the CSS or better if there is an easier way to reach the same result ?
There is also dotted line that separate two zone probably. Is there the possibility to hide it ?

what header template are using it? Layout -> Header …

Probably its the header html that is used for certains layouts. You can create your own html or change to expanded or default.

I copied into a new CSS the elegant green CSS with another name.
ToolsLayoutThemes --> New
Later I’ve tried to change some margin and padding but the image is always within text area as you can see into image.
If you try with an image (i.e. 100x100) and put it in LIN1_COL1 in a standar form you can see the problem.

The template is the html used in the header or footer.

Schema is the css used by the templates.

Who did the header template elegant or elegant2, wasnt expecting to receive a big image. The html height is fixed.

But you can create your own header, just follow the examples of the existings one.

I tried to do my own header but I couldn’t understand the logic on which the header must be built following what is already there so I give up waiting to find some explain about how to modify header to meet your need. Do you have Any idea or link to a tutorial?
