You have to give some more detail on your requirements. What exactly do you want to achieve?

SC does not have a standard newsletter application, nor a tutorial how to do this.

CategoryNewsletter

  • Title

  • IdUserCategory
  • IdUser
  • IdCategory

Newsletter

  • IdNewsletter
  • IdCategory
  • Title
  • Message

In Newsletter application, there is a butttom for send newsletter, how make to build the application for send the newsletter ?

These are your own custom tables?

I think you’ll have to program your own custom code for creating newsletters. No standard features.

Do you want PDF? then you might consider using fpdf library in SC forms.
