how to create checkbox in simple form?

Should be easy I thought…

Fields of type checkbox results in blank fields in my simple form. Can’t find any useful info in de help system.

Anybody any suggestions?

Are you still having problems with this? I have created checkboxes with no problems. Perhaps a screen of your field setup in SC?

I figured it out. Checkbox field, block Edition Lookup .

Can you explain the details of your field. Are you using Auto or manual to populate?, field type, etc …
