How to enable the "User HTML" option in the old "control application"

I just installed sc-v9. And I am interested in trying “user html” in “control application”.
And I already have some “control application” project that I want to enable the “user html” option.
Is it possible to enable the “user html” option in the “control application” that has not been using “user html”
