Anybody has an idea how can I make an upload working in by EditableGridVidew App ?
I select file, save record - no errors, but nothing is send to the server

Are you sure your filename isnt uploaded? Did you check on the server in the temporary directory? The file gets uploaded to a temporary directory first, then it gets moved or copied into the database. After that it gets deleted.
Did you use advanced deployment? I made that mistake in the beginning, for file uploads it is better to use advanced deployment and fill in the proper paths.
