HTML Editor and image upload feature

i managed to deploy a HTML editor field, but i wonder where is the ‘upload’ button gone?
I also can’t find a way to enable it in app config.

Does SC html editor support ad-hoc image/file upload? if YES, where is the image store? (which folder or path)

The upload functionality is a plugin in tinyMCE and I have posted a feature request regarding this ages ago… So I 2nd this feature request.
