Hi all
Just to have a most complete and attractive interface would be interesting to have a browser for images and files in the editor for html fields.
There are a lot of “free” editors you can integrare ( i.e. JCE ) or just add the availabe plugins for TinyMCE in the SC package.
I’m sure that this feature would be appreciated by many of our customers and made more easy to sell SC applications

why don’t implement in this way? Seems to be easy

You could do this yourself if you can manipulate the tinyMCE.init settings…
I have not been able to figure that out inside SC6/7.

Yes, there are a lot of plugins for tinyMCE which do exactly what you want. I requested some enhancements in the suggestions section quite some time ago. I haven’t been able to install the plugins within SC and use them.
I’d love to see fckeditor and specially nicedit added. Nicedit is easy, super light weight and versatile enough for most applications. And it works on iphone…
yes nicedit is just awesome… I have been using it for sometime and I am very mush satisfied
