I have a ticket open for about a year with support for a problem with paypal, I received a contact from Janderson Jader but all the emails I send seem not to receive them, and I ask to reply within 3 days or I will close the ticket. can anyone contact him?
I don’t want to think that after more than a year and the inability to solve the problem they started to igorate my tickets.

this integration does not work, they have been trying to solve it for a year but it only goes in sandbox never in production.
