Each time I’ve tried chat it says they’re either not available or that they are available, but then it times out, so I have to leave an email message, which I have done a few times.

It can’t take them more than 30 seconds to reset the license, so it shouldn’t matter how busy they are, I am a paying customer, and really need this to work.

I have put in another Ticket on this, as it looks like my other ticket has disappeared or something. At least the Netmake system couldn’t find it.

I know it’s Sunday PM there, so hopefully someone with find it and reset it for me.

I’m also working on an existing project… and now I’m stuck coz I can’t generate source codes…

Yea, hopefully Netmake will work on this as soon as possible…

To all Netmake Administrators: PLease reset our license keys right away… We don’t have much time to wait …
I’ve been waiting to reset my keys for almost 2 WEEKS now!!! Don’t wait till a lot of users will have this same problem…,

I still haven’t heard anything from Carlos or NetMake, so I’m still stuck.
It’s almost 9am there, so hopefully someone will be reading emails, tickets, etc.
