I just imported the license file sent by the ScriptCase sales department YET I can’t generate source code of my applications…
The following are the errors…

Go to the support page on their site, click on the blue box at the bottom under the Licensed User login and click on ‘Click Here’. It will give you temporary access to live support.

I had the same problem and contacted support (by chat). I think they suspected that I wanted to register another copy of scriptcase on a different machine (which is not allowed) because they asked a few questions.
Finally the licensa department “reset” my license key. After that I could succesfully register online with the same key I was sent earlier.

what deparment did you contact? I know there is a license department that has its own email: licensa@netmake.com.br
Maybe give it a try if you didn’t already…

I just did… emailed them [licenca@netmake.com.br] several times regarding this issue…
But they were only sending me the license file…Still, I can’t generate source codes…

I am trying to move my SC installation to a new computer so I have the same issue.
I have removed SC from my old computer.

I hope they get it reset quickly.
Seems like maybe they could do this a little differently, like make sure that you don’t reset very often, and use it from more than one computer, but allow it more easily to be moved.

Well nothing from anyone yet. It’s a little frustrating as I have a lot of work I need to do this weekend on my project.
Hopefully by the morning they will have reset me.

Yea, I can’t chat with the SC support also, it has some sort of errors…same as asawyer13 has…

I REALLY NEED MY LICENSE KEY TO BE RESET ASAP!
Got a lot of things to do…, And I don’t have the intention to use the license key to several machines, well if they were thinkin that way…

Well many hours later, I still don’t have a system I can use.
I sent my email to all SC folk or emails I could find, including Carlos, and nothing yet.
This really sucks, as I had a whole day of work I was planning to do.

It wouldn’t be so bad if the trial license allowed you to do everything the full license did, but I can’t import my existing project that I moved from my old computer before I installed SC on my new laptop.

Netmake really needs to figure out a better way to handle this.
I have lots of work I need to get done, and at this point, I can’t get any of it done.

If you need to work on existing applications you are stuck. If you can work on some new applications you can still use the trail version…

This is an existing application that I am working on.
I exported it from my old desktop, then uninstalled SC from my old desktop, so I could install on my new laptop.
Seems like uninstalling the product should really free up the license but I guess it doesn’t.
I hope they figure a better way in V5 to handle this, as this is very frustrating.

Hopefully after releasing V5 they will free some resources for support and administration tasks. By the way, last week I didn’t experience any problems in contacting support by chat. I had a few chat sessons with them, response was a bit slow but there was response!
