When build a new increment version i get a error, the link give me the message
an error occurred while accessing the database. columns Cod_Prj, Name_Schema are not unique | Script: /opt/nm/v6/www/scriptcase/devel/class/interface/nmLog.class.php linha: 279
and when run the application just get a blank page
somebody know how to make a work around for this

I believe this issue might be happening due to a specific problem on your SC such as a corrupted file.
