So I decided to do some ready on the security module. Well I only speak English and to try and follow what is documented is ridiculous. Sure the instructions maybe in english but the examples aren’t. And even the documentation writing in english is poor to say the least. You would think they would hire a technical documentation writer who speaks the language so we can read it. I’m dumbfounded.
I have made similar observations in the past.
I can live with the grammatical errors and words and phrases I have to second guess, i.e. “edition” actually means “edit” or “editing”, But what really annoys me are the inconsistencies and contradictions.
Condoning bad behavior is not the answer. As a professional software development company SC needs to do it right. That would be like Microsoft writing documentation like this. It’s unacceptable.
