If I change a text is possible to deploy all libraries but copy on server only the part that concern localization terms without
copying everyting (hours…) everytime ?

Normally yes… But if there you changed a text that has more languages you need to be aware that you do copy those files with the translations in it as well.
So in your case grab what is on your server compare it and see what is changed (total commander->compare directories). Then you can see it quickly.
