iframe error with back button

Hi,

for integrate scriptcase window with my CMS I using iframe. But I have the problem that’s when the user click the back button of the explorer (internet explorer, firefox, chrome, opera, etc) in the iframe appears a message like that’s --> Error reading data from cache memory. --> Confirm form resubmission, and others, the message vary depends of navigator.

Somebody knows to avoid this message error with scriptcase forms? I know this is a knowing error with iframe, and I found several solutions in internet, but I don’t how to apply them in scriptcase.

Thanks for help,

Gustavo… This is a chronic issue with SC. I’ve been looking for a solution for this SC issue for months. My end users find this to be a “REAL PROBLEM”.

Almost everywhere on the world wide web with any browser, the use of the browser’s back arrow means “GO BACK TO THE PREVIOUS SCREEN”! 99.99999% of the time, the user is always taken back to the previous screen.

However, SC seems to be completely oblivious to this convention! My end users are of the opinion, when they click the browser back arrow and my software (Developed using SC) presents an error message or when using google chrome the famous “sour face” shows up.

SC NETMAKE -> THIS IS A REAL PROBLEM!! Clicking the browser back arrow should NOT produce an error when using SC iFrames!!!

Bad news, as always with SC. :frowning:

The problem still exists today, it is terrible. SC, do something! Thank you.
