image filesname not saved in mysql when ising form Editable Grid

Hello,
When using a Form in Editable Grid View with a field image (filename), when you save the “image file name” is not saved to the mysql, other fields are saved correcly. The file image is uploaded as well, only the filename is not saved in SQL. When using form “Single record” everythings works correct.

Extra; the problem is only when you edit an existing record, a new record is successfully saved but an edited gives a problem, filename not save.
Update: Scriptcase is investigating this as a bug

In ‘form settings’ > ‘edit fields’ make sure that you have the datatype set to ‘Document (file name)’. In ‘form settings’ > ‘fields’ you’ll also want to make sure that you have the datatype set, have a subfolder identified (example: myUploads), and what extensions you want to allow. If you’ve already double checked all of that and still not having success I’d put in a support ticket.

the bug has been send to scriptcase support but no fix now? Maybe they are all working on version 9
