I have my Main Menu, and i added an Image in the header Layout, but it does not show the image, actually when i go to the “http://localhost:86/scriptcase7/app/schedbom/_lib/img/sys__NM__logo_graftech.jpg” the image file has 0 Bytes…

The image probably got corrupted somehow.
Assuming that the issue is happening on your development environment, you need to manually update your scriptcase to solve that.
1 - Download SC 7 ZIP
2 - Backup your SC (admnistration --> backup: http://downloads.scriptcase.com.br/downloads/v7/manual/en_us/webhelp/manual_mp/60-Configuracao/02-Administracao/06-Servicos/02-Backup.htm)
3 - Extract SC 7 ZIP and copy the files to your current SC 7 installation (replacing the “old” files).
DO NOT DELETE ANY FILE DURING THIS PROCEDURE.

I am not sure that will fix the behavior, Because also happen when i upload files with the Upload Field in a Form (The uploaded files are 0 Bytes), I think is more related with User permissions…What is the user name that Script case uses to upload files in the background ?

I thought that the issue was happening to a ScriptCase image (and not an image that you uploaded).
Scriptcase uses your PHP/Apache/IIS user.
