Images missing in pdf report and word export

I have designed records that include images that are stored as files in my application.
Images are well stored on the server in the doc repertory and fully displayed in forms and grids.

But as soon as I include them in Word export or pdf documents, they do not appear (pdf document is not produced and Word does not display the image).

This problem occurs only on the prod server (DSPLAY Synology) but not in development mode.

Does anyone has an idea for me to solve this problem?

I have the same problem. Anyone has a solution for this problem?

I found out the trick for the pdf document.
I was producing it with a sc_redir with _blank parameter.
If I use the _self parameter, images are appearing.

I did not found a solution for the Word document production yet.
