we have analyzed the Data Dictionary repository in Scriptcase 10.1.003.
Dictionary metadata is stored in sc_tbrep, sc_tbrep_tables and sc_tbrep_fields in nm_scriptcase.db;
field properties are stored as serialized values in Attr1,
while project language labels are stored in devel/conf/grp//lang/*.lang.
Is there an officially supported API, CLI, import format or repository method
to programmatically create/update Data Dictionary definitions
and then synchronize them to applications?
Our use case is a generated database schema with about 50 related tables and hundreds of fields. Maintaining labels, help texts, required-field settings and FK lookups manually is impractical.
We do not want to write directly to nm_scriptcase.db unless that is an officially supported approach.
