Incorrect encoding in version v8 in some modules

I have a trouble in some modules with encoding in russian.

Like this http://joxi.ru/aZbcU_3JTJD7RxJhgLY in “Settings”.

Why this is going?

I’m buy license per month. But don’t may use this becouse that problem.

Bernhardt talks about create a new trial account. Trials accounts has support access.

I think support should change. Has no sense to not have support,but receive support creating a new account, and this is the official recommended way…
