I have looked everywhere but at last I do not see where I can put a variable to control the “Index Widget” on the dashboard settings page. When I complete the widget it displays the total of the table. I want each client to only see the total of their account. How do I put a variable in that will only show that clients total from the table? Thanks for the help!

You can use the “Use table’s fields filter” option in the “Filter” tab to apply variables.

Guess I do not have it. I attempted to put in the variable [client_id_number] with no quotes, with quotes, etc and it is not working. Is there a way I should be writing the variable in the filter box so it works. I know the variable is there as the rest of the dashboard works. I have looked online and at the presentation. In the presentation there is no mention of the filter option and how to use it with a variable. I have also checked out the help file and that is not even mentioned in there. Any help would be great.
