Input form with selection type fields

Dear all,

I wonder if it’s possible to set to blank all selection fields within an input form when you go to insert a new record.
At the moment when I go to insert a new record all this fields show the “first” available value of connected tables and so it could be dangerous if a user check only a part of then and then click on record button.
My question is how can I set them to null/blank during insert phase?

I found … enables the selection of the title and enter the value you want:

I put “Select …”
