i have new serial, not works, i chat for solve issue with help desk, but want check , how set 777 , 755 permission ,you have a list of folders
ok one thing, do you have proxy or something blocks the connection to sc servers to activate your new serial? if yes, try to connect from through a router without limitations, or a direct internet connection that has no proxy/limitation so it will activate online…
otherwise, if all is ok with connection, then only sales team of SC can help, try to ask them for manual activation method, i guess it was there once i was reading around the activation
regarding the 777 and 755, note that some web servers must be 777 and some of them can be 755, better to ask your hosting company about the correct one, or just try it yourself… it should write+read+execute
