Install problems

Can anyone help. I am having trouble installing this, here is the log of the error:

What are you trying to install, SC or your application? Is it on windows or linux? IF on linux have you installed zend?

Im trying to install this on hostgator reseller hosting.

Is there and easier webhost i can use where install isnt such a pain?

What is the error? This command just show the version of php.
