Can someone tell me where the SC V7.1 PHP 5.3 version is so I can download it?
I can’t seem to locate it.
I am looking for the Windows x64 download. Hopefully it works with windows 8.1?

My laptop died so I haven’t been able to export my php 5.3 version projects so I can import into the php 5.4 one.

Although I recommend you to download SC 7.1.010 with PHP 5.4,
You can download SC 7.1.009 with PHP 5.3 installer: http://downloads.scriptcase.com.br/downloads/v7/packs/scriptcase_install_en_us_v7.1.009.exe
And then just update (manually or automatically).
I have FastCGI setup on my server. This is becoming more common with other Cpanel webhosts like BlueHost or HostGator. On FastCGI systems all folders have permission 755 and files are set to 644 permission with the exception of executable files such as .so, .pl etc.
