Installation under ubuntu 9.04, configuration: apache2, php5, mysql.
In the installation of Scriptcase 5.0.0004 The creation of the base nm_scriptcase does well. After validation to create the database of examples, I have a screen with the bar(helm) " wait during the load " then the error: an error occurred during the realization of a report(relationship) in the database. Duplicate entry ’ samples-1 ’ for key 1 ? Script:/var/www/scriptcase/devel/class/interfa this / nmProjVersion.class.php linha: 255.
Can anybody help me to resolve this problem?

What database have you installed nm_scriptcase? MySQL?
nm_samples database is installed in SQLite. Maybe that module is disabled on php.ini
