so, on this server i have v7 installed in /opt/netmake/v7 with no issues. i am attempting to upgrade to v8 and am trying to install into /opt/netmake/v8 and it fails. i get through the port selection, and when the installer gets to unpacking files it says "unable to realloc 83886080 bytes Aborted (cored dumped). Any suggestions?
Sounds like you are running low on ram.
try executing “free” at command line.
