I installed the Windows installer scriptcase_install_en_us_v5 on Windows 7 32-bit as a trial version.
Java was already installed and recent.
When I launch ScriptCase, I see the login page.
I can login, I see the ScriptCase menu bar, the tool bar, a sign “Project” with a triangle indicating left, but the rest is blank. The mouse cursor is a hourglass, and page does not finish loading.
Selecting any item from the menu it starts loading again, but the most part of the screen remains white.
I tried with Firefox, Chrome, IE.
What am I doing wrong?

This is ONLY a guess, but perhaps this is a permissions issue with your server? Make sure the _LIB dir has full rights and you have access to the installed DIR.

I gave full rights to everyone on all the files and dirs, but no success.
Any other idea?

Are there any errors on the page when you try to load?
Chrome: Developer Tools: console
FF: Tools/Error Console (or in firebug)
IE: Developer Tools: console
Other ideas:
What PHP version are you running?
Perhaps you have a bad download? (download and install again from scratch)
Have you tried on another PC?
Create a Linux VM and install there?

Errors: lot of them. I don’t know how to copy all of them in Firefox, I list the first few below.
PHP version: 5.2.1, the one you include with the package
Bad download: I redownloaded and checked, the md5 is the same
Try another machine: I did, but in the other machine (Win 7 x-64) I used the manual installation, and I found that there was no support of Sybase ASE, see my message in the Database section.
Getting a Linux VM: that’s a possibility. But I really need a proof of concept within few days, my organization is choosing the development tools for the following years.

Hi,
When you installing your Scriptcase, there’s another apache server or PHP running?
Because when you install in a windows, I mean the .exe file, you install the Apache Server, PHP 5.2 version and Zend Optimizer.

No, there is no other PHP or Apache except those installed by ScriptCase, under the Netmake directory.
