Internal server error after upgrade

I get “Internal server error after upgrade” when generating source code. I just upgraded to 8.00.0002.

What is the problem ?

This error useually appears when there is some misconfiguration in the apache config files. You might try to reinstall.

I already tried reinstall. I use the file from SC w/o any modification 2 times. And it just happened. How to check the real reason ?
