When i want to open any of these command: “API” “properties” “Default values
" “Increment Version” “New Connection” “Edit Connection” it
display error message :” Invalid Access You don’t have the necessary privilege to access this page."

Hi, I am facing same issue. Tried many things but not able to resolve it.
I have solved this issue, below are the steps
-
Go to Options > Settings > Security Tab
-
Select Users, click on the user you want to give rights of the project to.
-
Click on edit (pencil button) next to user
-
Check all ticks and click on Save
-
in the next page move all projects to right side of the box and click on save
-
Logout & Re Login
This will solove your issue.
