INVALID DATA ERROR ON APPLICATION FORM

i am getting invalid data error on application form randomly, can anyone suggest whats the issue,in security of form application i had disabled [SIZE=12px]CSRF and enable [/SIZE][SIZE=12px] direct call by URL[/SIZE]

I see more issues like these. I suspect that it’s a new introduced bug.
