Is it possile to have displayed only a part of multitext field with "See more..."

Hello, I got a grid with some multiline text fields and the rows becomes very high and ugly to see on scrolling becouse long text displayed.
Is it possible to show only a part of text and “See…more” or something similar to reduce the high to 2 max 3 lines ?
