Issue starting Wamp Server ???

Hello all,

I got some errors on starting of server on production. Is there someone who can help me a bit ?
Is a problem of DB char encoding betwen development and production environment ?
How can if fix it ?

tat_meter is in utf or iso?
try to test it by going in
configuration, character game positioned on … empty!

Hello, and thanks for helping

Now I’ve set on development side these parameters

Project Connection\ADVANCED : UTF-8

MySQL DB : UTF-8

MySQL DB Tables : utf8_general_ci

MySQL BD Tables Columns : utf8_general_ci

Now I’go to production server and will do same setting in order to be omogeneous between two environments

I hope it’s the correct way to fix the errors
