currently I have the problem that if I add a record with a document the file will not stored in the database
But if I open the record and I select the same file press the “save” button the file was stored
I use the standard function without any events scripts

Yes it is the right format
I have the problem in the same form
create a new record with attached file and save them via the “add” button
only the record will be stored but not the attached file
if I open the stored record and add the file again and click on the “Save” button it works
