We’ve found an issue with SQlite Access database when ugrading from 9.4.020 to 9.4.025.
Our Scriptcase application is running SQL requests on several SQlite databases.
This application was initially running in Scriptcase 8 and is now in production in version 9.4.020 without any issue, event after multiple Scriptcase upgrades.
This morning we decided to upgrade to 9.4.025.
Migration has finished successfully and development GUI is working properly in 9.4.025.
But when we run any application (report, form, …), each of them is failing with an error : unable to open database, without any other error in logs.
This starts happening just after upgrade. We recompile all applications, restarted server, … without success.
Now we have restored platform from previous backup in 4.0.20 to be able to continue our development.
We see in change log of 4.0.23 :
Fixed problem when changing server parameter with the sc_connection_edit macro in SQLite connection.
As we’re using this macro in our application to change SQLite databases on-hte-fly, may you pvoide us more information about this change to try understanding if it could be the reason of failure.
