it is possible to replace the code editor ? with one with sintax debugger

Hi Friends,

My question is, it is possible to replace the default php code editor (without code debugger or sintax completion)
with any one with these features ?

when I write a lot of php code lines always I forget any ; or } characters or put or forget a ) or a (
I define any variable and later assign to another variable due to bad writing

if this is possible, what is the best php code editor with very useful features ?
