JScriptCase is widely used by ScriptCase users. But I did never try it myself, I can’t give you a personal opinion.

I use JScriptace. It works, but has some issues. The support is OK (altough it could be little better). The main problem is that the developer is usually late with SC and Joomla updates and it takes months to get new version, so the upgrades are very rare.
Recantly I deployed new project to Joomla 3 site and all the visual side got screwed up, so if you using other than default templates you need to be aware of some issues.
